For reference:

  • AirPods — available as new or refurbished (as stated per listing)
  • Accessories — sold as new

All refurbished products are fully tested, inspected, and graded where applicable. Any grading or condition details are clearly shown on the product listing.

Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order.

2. Pricing & VAT

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT, where applicable.

  • VAT is calculated and added at checkout before payment is completed
  • The total price, including VAT and delivery charges, is clearly displayed before you confirm your order
  • Prices may vary depending on product condition (new or refurbished)
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If this occurs, you will be contacted and given the option to proceed or receive a full refund

3. Payments

We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout, including major debit and credit cards.

  • Full payment is required before an order is dispatched
  • Payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers
  • You will not be charged more than the total amount shown at checkout

4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation
